Shipping & Delivery
Delivery
You will receive notification when your product/s have been dispatched. Once dispatched, products are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Friday. Some postcodes may have an extended delivery time.
Split delivery
Where possible, we try to deliver all items which you have ordered at the same time. However, we reserve the right to split the delivery of your order, for instance if part of your order is delayed or unavailable. In the event that we split your order, we will notify you of our intention to do so by sending you an email to the email address provided by you at the time your order was placed. You will not be charged for any additional delivery costs.
Inspection upon delivery
Please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates will be applied to your order at the point of checkout.
Cancelling order before delivery
You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving us any reason, provided it has not yet been dispatched. We will inform you by email when your item/s have been dispatched, at which point you cannot cancel an order.
Our agents will request a cancellation of your order at our warehouse. If successful, they will send you an email and the cancellation notification and will be free of charge. If cancellation is not possible, the product/s will be delivered to you and may be returned in accordance with the section below.
Returning orders
You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the standard shipping costs will be refunded.
You must notify us by email that you wish to return the product/s within 15 days from when you received your order and return the product/s within 28 days.
Product returns will only be accepted where the Products are returned in a good and saleable condition (other than where the Products were not in a good and saleable condition when you received them) and in their original packaging.
Please make sure that the product/s you return are complete and not used in any way other than what is reasonably necessary to decide if you want to keep the product/s (meaning that you are allowed to try the product/s on to see if they fit, but you cannot wear or wash them). If you do not comply with the foregoing and the value of the product diminishes as a consequence thereof, we can hold you liable for such diminished value.
If you inform us that you wish to return a product, we shall reimburse to you all payments received, including standard delivery costs (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay once we have received the product/s back and inspected to ensure comply with the conditions above.
You should keep your certificate of posting in case the parcel goes astray. Without this receipt we will not be able to refund you if your parcel is lost.
Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment but can take up to 14 days to be processed.
Lost parcels
If you have paid for your delivery by a certain date or time and it does not arrive, let us know and we will begin ‘Our Missing Parcels’ procedure. If you paid for standard delivery and your order fails to arrive within 10 days (UK) of dispatch, notify us and we will investigate. If we are satisfied that the non-arrival of the Product/s was attributable to us, then a refund will be credited to the payment method which was used to place the order. Please note that we may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that are considered to be insecure.
Events outside our control
If an event outside of our control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations:
• We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and
• Our obligations under these general conditions will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control.
Where the event affects our delivery of a product/s to you, we will arrange a new delivery date
with you.
